pantone x seavees.
This collaboration between Pantone and shoe maker Seavees caught my eye. I love pretty much anything in an array of color. It would be great to see more fashion companies collaborate with the color creator.

love thy neighbour.
Hippie or hipster? Either way, I kind've like this "Wonder Years" line from Love They Neighbour for summer '09.

10.deep holiday lookbook.
10.Deep has put together some pretty creative photo shoots for past lookbooks, but I think this one is by far my favorite. Not to mention the new line of clothes for '09. I love the outdoorsy approach to this collection. Plenty of plaids and knits to keep you warm and stylish this winter. Check out the whole lookbook here.

play cloths.
This has been in the works for a while, but Clipse's streetwear label Play Cloths launched this last weekend. The Virginia Beach duo wanted to get back to their childhood roots and design a clothing line that could be worn for work and play. It does have a similar look and feel to Pharrell's BBC and Ice Cream line, but I like it.

palala club aprons.
I've mentioned my brother, Brandon, and his wife, Rachel, on here before about the work they are doing in South Africa and how impressed I was/am about it. One of their projects, The Apron Project, was created to ensure the future sustainability of the HIV/AIDS education and prevention project consisting of the Palala Clubs. I just think the project is a great idea and that the aprons and bags look pretty cool too. And their kind've a steal for only $15.
adidas Y-3 lookbook.
I like this new high-end line by Adidas and Y-3. I also just think it's cool how creative companies are getting with their catalogs and lookbooks these days.

Just came across Nonnative on lifelounge. It's a Japanese clothing company that specializes in mens casual wear. Their website is pretty cool too.

home shopping for the younger generation.
I first found Honeyshed a several weeks ago but had forgotten about until the other day when I saw some articles on it again. Honeyshed is an online hub for culture, fashion, and mainly a facilitator of online shopping. Honeyshed does not actually sell any of the items they are showcasing they merely provide links to places where you can purchase the items. You can scroll through channels of kicks & lids, tech toys, ladies fashion, fun videos and a few others. So it's basically a website full of commercials, but commercials I don't mind watching.

benjamin bixby.
I love Andre 3000's music and when I saw that he was putting out a clothing line it put a little smile on my face. Next fall Andre Benjamin will be releasing his own line of clothing and I can't wait to see what he comes up with. According to wearethemarket it's going to look a little like "English traditionalism meets all-American flair". Should be pretty fun!

odeur.
I came across Odeur, a Swedish clothing label, on lifelounge the other day and I really like their style. Their pieces look super comfy and somewhat elegant. They've only been around since 2006 too, so they're probably just getting started. It'll be fun to see what other simple and clean designs they come up with.

limited edition g-shocks.
I really like these clean limited edition watches by G-Shock. They are doing a vivid color series of select watches for their 25th anniversary. They're going for $120 which isn't bad considering everything a G-Shock has to offer.

bread and butter.
I would have loved to gone to Bread and Butter Barcelona this last weekend. It's basically a huge tradeshow full of all the brands that are setting all the trends right now. There were 945 exhibitors from all over the world and more than 99,500 visitors. You can check out JeffStaple's blog for a few conversations he had with some of the exhibitors. Maybe I'll be able to squeeze in the July show titled New Order.

jeff staple interview.
One of my favorite street wear labels and industry leader, The Hundreds, recently interviewed New York based designer, entrepreneur, consultant Jeff Ng, who's better known as JeffStaple, head of Staple Design. This is an interview definitely worth reading. He's been an icon in the rapidly expanding street culture scene and design community and he's got some good bits of knowledge to share with everyone. Read the full interview on The Hundreds online magazine.

vintage Burton.
I have a special place in my heart for Burton since they were my first love when I got into snowboarding at a young age. So I like finding out about everything that has their name or logo on it. Thanks to highsnobiety, I just saw that Burton is going to be bringing out a vintage line of outerwear, which got it's inspiration from late 80's and early 90's outerwear pieces. Check out the post here for more pics.
