chicago critical mass.
I took part in my first Critical Mass here in Chicago last Friday. It was a lot of fun. I think over 1,500 cyclists rode the event. Check out the Chicago Critical Mass Flickr Pool for some more photos.

hunting trophey decals.
Since I really don't think I could live with stuffed animal heads on my wall, Swiss design studio, toifu, has created a perfect alternative. Now you can achieve that same lodge feeling using their colorful decals. Get it in deer, wild boar, ibex, or roe-deer skull. Nice.

palala club aprons.
I've mentioned my brother, Brandon, and his wife, Rachel, on here before about the work they are doing in South Africa and how impressed I was/am about it. One of their projects, The Apron Project, was created to ensure the future sustainability of the HIV/AIDS education and prevention project consisting of the Palala Clubs. I just think the project is a great idea and that the aprons and bags look pretty cool too. And their kind've a steal for only $15.

ross and makenzies wedding.
I was in Cincinnati over the weekend for one of my best friends weddings. It was a fun weekend and a beautiful wedding. The photographer, Megan Wynn, was also pretty amazing, as you can see. Her work is impressive. Check out her blog to see a few more pics from the wedding.

my kind of news.
Boston.com has a section on their website called Big Picture that shows current events in some pretty amazing photos. These photos on the Tour de France are especially fun.

Dear God.
The founder of thecoolhunter.net has recently created a new site, dear-god.net. The site was designed by Something Somewhere and is a forum for people to post questions, comments, hopes, fears, or dreams about God. The site is non-denominational and uses the word "god" in a very broad sense. The Cool Hunter states, "In its first week, the site has sparked an organic revolution, with people all over the world embracing the opportunity to unburden themselves, to share their hopes and fears with others in an effort create hope, healing, inner peace and clarity." I like this idea. The site looks good and many of the posts are pretty thought provoking.
