Since I really don't think I could live with stuffed animal heads on my wall, Swiss design studio, toifu, has created a perfect alternative. Now you can achieve that same lodge feeling using their colorful decals. Get it in deer, wild boar, ibex, or roe-deer skull. Nice.

play cloths.
This has been in the works for a while, but Clipse's streetwear label Play Cloths launched this last weekend. The Virginia Beach duo wanted to get back to their childhood roots and design a clothing line that could be worn for work and play. It does have a similar look and feel to Pharrell's BBC and Ice Cream line, but I like it.

poladroid.
Since Polaroid decided to stop making their instant film, they've given digital camera users a new alternative. You can now use Poladroid to give your photos that classic Polaroid look. All you have to do is download the application then drag and drop your pics into the tiny camera. The images even take several minutes to "develop" just like the real film. I thought I'd try it out on some photos I took this weekend at the Garfield Park Conservatory. Turns out they look pretty cool.

packaging matters.
Packaging definitely plays in the consumer purchase process. Some package designs just scream "pick me up, i'm cool" and others don't. The Cool Hunter did a little round up of some unique and eye catching packages worth checking out.
